Blueprints New Volunteer information Session

If you are a new volunteer we ask that you attend our optional volunteer information session to learn about the many ways to volunteer with Habitat including construction.  Unless otherwise noted, sessions are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 12noon and the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7pm at our office in Gaithersburg.   

To register please select Blueprints from the drop down menu below (All Events), select from the available sessions and click on the “Sign Up” button.  You will be prompted to enter your log in information or create an account if you are a new user. 

Habitat Construction Volunteer Registration

All volunteers must pre-register for build days. 

To Register please select Construcion Build Days from the drop down menu below (All Events), select from the available dates and click on the “Sign Up” button.  You will be prompted to enter your log in information or create an account if you are a new user.

At these meetings, youth learn about Habitat for Humanity's exciting work and what we are doing in Montgomery County to help make simple, decent, affordable housing a reality for all people.  Find out what YOU can do to help! Then, participate in a Habitat-themed activity.  Because we include service activities with the informative meeting, students will recieve SSL credit for attending. 

Unless otherwise noted, these sessions are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every-other month from 7:00-8:00pm at our office in Gaithersburg.

Special Events/Activities   

To participate or sign up for special events or community activities please select Special Events/Activities from the drop down menu below (All Events), choose the activity you would like to participate in and click on the “Sign Up” button.  You will be prompted to enter you log in information or create an account if you are a new user.

PLEASE NOTE!!!  If an event is listed, but there is not a "sign up" button next to it, the event is either FULL or registration has not yet opened.  Build days are released on a rolling basis to maximize the opportunity for individuals to sign up. Just keep checking!

Construction on our Neighborhood Revitalization Program has begun!  Please check back for individual construction volunteer days!  Check back often for any new information and if you have questions about volunteering, please attend our BluePrints session!

Please note -- ALL CONSUTRCTION VOLUNTEERS MUST WEAR LONG PANTS OR JEANS WHILE WORKING ONSITE!  You will be sent home if you are not dressed appropriately.  Those wearing shorts, even in hot weather, will be sent home.
